International Lawyer | UAE FTA-registered Tax Agent | Managing Partner, Make Fortune Business Solutions
Irina Ryzhakova is an international lawyer, entrepreneur and Managing Partner of Make Fortune Business Solutions, a consultancy providing legal, tax and accounting support to businesses in the UAE. She is a registered Tax Agent with the UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) and co-founder of the LegalTech platform realLaw AI.
At Make Fortune, Irina is responsible for the company’s strategic development and leads its legal practice. Her main areas of focus include business structuring and UAE market entry, corporate law and governance, commercial and cross-border transactions, tax and regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CFT), and the protection of business owners’ and investors’ interests.
She has more than 20 years of legal experience.
Irina holds an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Birmingham, awarded with distinction. Her studies focused on international trade, corporate governance, sanctions regulation and conflict of laws.
Since 2025, she has served on the Board of Directors of EurAsia Gulf, an international business platform. Through the platform, she contributes to the development of its professional services activities and Russian-speaking business community, organising business meetings and expert events for entrepreneurs operating in the UAE and other Gulf countries.
She regularly speaks at and moderates events on law, taxation, international trade and doing business in the UAE. In 2025, she moderated a panel discussion on business and investment cooperation between Eurasia and the Gulf countries at the Eurasian–Balkan Business Forum. In 2026, she participated in the EurAsia Gulf business mission to Uzbekistan, including meetings with the UAE Ambassador and representatives of Uzbekistan’s Investment Promotion Agency.
She writes and provides expert commentary on UAE corporate, tax and commercial regulation, AML/CFT, international transactions and the protection of business interests.
